Consent to the processing of personal data

By filling out the form at ags-auracityhotel.tilda.ws/breakfast-order/en and ticking the box (dot) to consent to the processing of personal data, the person who has performed such actions (the subject of personal data), in accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data":

1. Confirms that he/she gives specific, specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely the last name, first name, patronymic, for the purpose of pre-ordering breakfast at the AurA Kitchen&Bar café located at the address: Perm, Monastyrskaya St., 23;
2. Confirms that he/she gives specific, specific, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely the last name, first name, patronymic, for ordering and receiving catering services (breakfast) (conclusion, amendment, termination of an agreement for the provision of catering services, including for issuing a receipt based on the results of the provision of services);
3. Permits the operator to perform automated and non-automated processing of their personal data, namely full name, in order to achieve the purpose of processing the personal data specified in paragraphs 1-4 of this consent, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Consent for the purposes of processing the personal data specified in paragraphs 1-4 of this consent is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of provision (the period is determined taking into account the limitation period for judicial protection of claims arising from the provision of services, when providing / ordering which the subject of personal data gives this consent). The subject of personal data has the right to revoke this consent to the processing of their personal data by notifying the operator in writing at the address: Perm, Monastyrskaya St., 23 or by e-mail at info@aura-cityhotel.com. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data or the Operator's decision to terminate its activities (change of activities, liquidation, bankruptcy), the Operator shall immediately destroy (delete from its database) the personal data of the subject of personal data.
