Terms of Service
- The guest is kindly requested to specify the exact number of items to be delivered.
- The hotels not responsible for damage caused by low quality of fabrics, color, tailoring, manufactoring flaws, age of sun bleaching of the garment as well as for items with no care label or type of materials.
- Hotel cannot be responsible for items left in or on clothing.
- Hotel reserves the right to refuse certain items (leather, fur, crystals).
- In any case, Hotel is liable for an amount not to exceed 10-times the price charged to clean or wash the article.
- In case of claims, this list must be returned to housekeeping with a description of the article within 24 hours.
